Pepsi & ODD NY came to us with one of the coolest brief, to create an animation intro for the Superbowl Halftime Show held early this year. As one of the most prestigious music show in the planet, featuring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and more.
The brief is to follow the design language established by internal Pepsi team, which is this repeating dynamic lines. We decided to push it a bit further and add a little twist and make an abstract sculpture out of it that host a speaker in the middle of it.
02 — ART & DESIGN
The requirements for design is very specific, designing animation with the dynamic blue lines as center of focus. The repeating blue lines must be prominent, on a black background and represents a connection, and they need to sync up with the BPM.
We used the speaker to correlate with music theme, as this show is all about live music performance from various artists.
