01 — CREATIVE
We had so much fun collaborating with our good friends at Garena. They approached us to be part of this wonderful part of Ramadan campaign and trying to remind everyone that in this holy month, good activity will takes us extra miles.
Director Adit Prabaswara came up with a cool idea where for the first time ever, we mixed two different world/styles in one animation. The hero world, and the children world. These two worlds gets intertwined during the gaming session and the stark difference in colors were there on purpose to show contrast between the two worlds.
02 — ART & DESIGN
The direction we take is to have our characters & environment to feel tangible. Almost like real-life dolls with smooth shapes and glossy surfaces, imitating realistic texture and physicality..
This direction will create an effect so the audience can feel and reach their hand, to touch these ultra-realistic scenes.
03 — MOTION
The basic of the animation seems simple at first since well, you know it's a bouncing balls. But then when we started to add more to the CG worlds things started to become more exciting and challenging.
Our animators work day and night to ensure every interaction between the balls and the object feels natural as well as the steampunk mechanical is visible throughout the videos. With the help of 2D Cel Animators, it creates a layer of fun and contrast while everything rendered with mixed 10-24 fps frame rates.
